Technical Support Package Method
Purchasing this package entitles you to support. This during the weekdays from Monday to Friday from 8 am to 6 pm.
The hours you purchase will be added to your account. You will get an overview in the account section of how many hours are still available and how many have already been used. You also get a detailed overview of all the works that were carried out.

Our hourly fee
At first glance, it seems that our hourly rate is expensive. But our experience tells us that we can often solve all problems in less than half the time compared to another developer. Thanks to our many years of experience and our thorough knowledge of the Prestashop platform, we can therefore offer the best price-quality ratio on the market.

What happens to the remaining hours of technical support?
These hours will remain available on your account. This way you have hours available on your account for your next question or problem.

Why don't we offer a support contract?
We work with the principle that you only pay for what we have to perform. We therefore do not ask for monthly or annual contributions. You decide how many hours of technical support you purchase. The more available hours you have, the faster you will be helped according to the priority list.

Procedure “Priority list”
Our customers are always helped according to our priority list. In concrete terms, this means that if several customers report problems at the same time, a customer who has already purchased ten service hours will always have priority over a customer with, for example, one service hour.
